Advanced Placement Testing

AP gives students the chance to tackle college-level work while they're still in high school and earn college credit and placement. Visit AP's sites to learn more and find the tools you need including exam practice for AP students.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

College Board has made changes to the AP test registration this year.

 To accommodate these changes, all students have automatically been signed up to take the test with their AP teachers. If a student does not want to take the test, they must let their AP teacher know no later than November 15th.

If a test is added after the November 15th deadline, there will be an additional $40 charge.

The price per exam remains the same as last year at $94 per exam. Fee waivers are available upon request and final payment will be collected later in the school year. If a previously ordered test is not used (barring an illness, or otherwise unforeseen event), refunds are available less a $40 canceled exam fee.

Any questions or concerns should be made to Phil Merrell at phil.merrell@juneauschools.org or 780-1965 in the TMHS counseling office.

Thank you for your understanding and support of your student’s education.
